Hello! It is a pleasure to work with my clients. After 30 years of working in Corporate America, I retired early to become full time caretaker for my mom who was battling cancer. In that time I didn't realize that the more I was available for her and her care, I was losing more of myself. After her death I began asking myself questions like, "What's next for me?" "What am I supposed to do with my life now?" "How do I create a new life without mom in it?" This led me on my own journey of self -discovery for over a year. I didn't realize how many people were in similar places in life. I was being called to help others who also found themselves in transition, whether that was becoming an empty nester, transitioning from employee to entrepreneur, or being newly retired.
It is so rewarding to sit and hold space, challenge and help others rediscover themselves....to find joy in creating a new life. I welcome the opportunity to help you as well. Where to start?
